• Five boroughs and Long Island
• Retail, Shopping Centers, medical and Office Buildings, Multi-family
• No Minimum Price & no maximum
• Minimum 6% cap rate
• Vacant buildings with a low price per square foot
• Value-add or stabilized
• Willing to accept rollover risk & credit risk
• Willing to buy all cash, non-refundable deposit, quick closing
